• Estimated delivery times:

3. Domestic Shipping

• We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including remote and rural areas.

• Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.

4. International Shipping

• We currently ship to select countries outside the UK. Please check at checkout to see if your country is eligible.

• International shipping times vary but are typically 7-14 business days.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by HEART HEALER®.

5. Delivery Issues

• For lost or damaged items:

  • Notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Provide photographic evidence of any damage to expedite resolution.

• We will work with the carrier to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.
