Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at HEART HEALER®. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • We don't accept returns of perishable goods. 

    • We don't accept returns of event tickets, but you may gift them to a friend. Let us know the name and email of who is coming to your place at least 24 hours before the event commences.

  • Return Window:

    • You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required.

  • How to Return:

    • Contact our customer service team at info@hearthealer.co.uk to initiate a return.

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:

    • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable digital products

    • Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@hearthealer.co.uk.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@hearthealer.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    3. Contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
